Get Tech Help at Six Computer Labs on Campus

You no longer have to trek to the north side of campus to get help from Technology Services.

Students, faculty, and staff can visit one of six computer labs across campus to receive assistance with WiFi, email, configuring your phone, antivirus, and the Virtual Private Network (VPN). Help in these locations is available right now.

These new locations are conveniently distributed across all three quads.

The computer labs now providing support are:

  • English Building Lab
  • Illini Hall Computer Lab
  • Nevada Building Computer Lab
  • Oregon Building Computer Lab
  • Undergraduate Library Computer Lab
  • Wohlers Hall Computer Lab

If you do not want to visit one of these labs, you can still get help from Technology Services by phone (217-244-7000) or by email (consult@illinois.edu). Or if you’re nearby, stop in to the Technology Services Help Desk located in room 1211 of the Digital Computing Laboratory (DCL).
