You’ve read the Year of Cyberinfrastructure (CI) final report. Now learn how your work and department will benefit. Learn more about and discuss how upcoming changes to research cyberinfrastructure can better support your research.

Last year, Illinois researchers told the Year of CI committee what technologies and services you need to do your job.

They listened. They're acting.

Come to one or both of these roadshows to discuss how to make research better with John Towns, Deputy CIO for Research IT. Learn how the campus plans to provide researchers with essential tools and services to improve research at Illinois.

Key discussion points include:

  • Increasing communications around campus regarding available services
  • Enhancing training opportunities for faculty and staff
  • Providing necessary infrastructure for innovation

Faculty and IT professionals are especially encouraged to attend. Familiarity with the Year of CI final report is helpful but not at all necessary to participate.
