Each mailing list has a web and email interface, a web archive, a shared document space and each list owner has full administrative control over the configuration of their list.

Quotas and usage restrictions

Quotas:

  • Total message size is 10MB (headers, message, and attachments). 
  • Archived messages are retained for one year. 

Usage Restrictions:

  • New lists can only be requested by U of I Faculty, Staff, GRAs and Student Officers of RSOs
  • University approved activities.

Hours and support

Standard service hours

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Scheduled maintenance hours

Wednesday mornings between 7am and 9am, only as needed.

Staffed support hours

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
