Iris

About this service

Description

Iris is a web application which enables IT professional network administrators to manipulate network switch ports, and to record which jack is patched to each port.

Admins can perform daily operational tasks related to networks they are contacts for on Technology Services maintained switches.  This allows admins to be more responsive to user needs, gain information to aid in problem diagnosis, perform common switch tasks without requiring assistance from Tech Services networking personnel.
