Why to use this service

Eliminates the expense (Centrex line, equipment maintenance, equipment support) and need of a “paper” fax machine (users can send and receive faxes without leaving their desks); incoming faxes can be handled electronically, reducing or eliminating paper use; incoming faxes can be delivered even while the computer is switched off, and without the worry of lost faxes due to paper outages or paper jams; incoming faxes are sent to the recipient's RightFax Account or designated email account, which may be more private than a fax machine used by several people.
