Why to use this service

Faculty and Staff Technology Training Team (FAST3) provides instructor-led, software training workshops as well as training facilities rental on the Urbana campus. Most workshops offered on Microsoft Office products, Adobe CC products, New Hire IT Orientation, and Skype/Outlook Unified Communications are free of charge. Advanced technical training, including MS Project, SQL Server, and SharePoint, is offered for a fee. In addition, individual needs assessments can be performed to identify the appropriate courses to help reach professional development goals. FAST3 primarily serves faculty and staff on the Urbana campus. Contact training@illinois.edu for questions about accommodating other groups or individuals, room rentals, custom course development, and on-site training.
