Appointment availability

During the Fall 2021 semester, the Technology Services Help Desk (1211 DCL) will offer walk-in support by appointment only.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Saturday – Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

What to expect

Building access status will be confirmed via the Safer Illinois App or Boarding Pass website.

The Help Desk will only provide walk-in support on personal devices for services offered by Technology Services.

Please note that we do not provide any hardware support.
