Adobe Sign is an electronic signature application that allows users to securely sign, initial, and enter other information on an electronic document rather than a physical copy.

Learn about the Commitments App
The Commitments App is used by business offices to track financial obligations to another entity, whether internal or external to the University.
The Engineering Portal Framework hosts a variety of home-grown web applications used widely in the College of Engineering and other units on the Illinois campus. These web applications support, streamline, and generally facilitate an array of business processes relating to finance, human resources, and academics.
HR & Payroll Resources

System HR, Illinois HR, College and Department HR. There are a number of Human Resources and Payroll and Benefits resources to keep track of. These resources are available to help you complete your work at UIUC.

Find a backup or storage service that fits your needs
The University offers a number of tools for backing up and/or storing your data. This interactive tool will help you choose the solution that best fits your needs.
The Division of Management Information (DMI) serves as the institution’s research office with a goal to assist administrators, faculty, and staff in obtaining timely, accurate, and appropriate information from the university’s administrative databases.
Data Services Center (DSC), created by Applied Technologies for Learning in the Arts & Sciences (ATLAS), is a service to help you to discover data and reports, and share your own data and reports with campus colleagues.
Anyone with a NetID can log into the DSC to quickly access data and reports they have access to and discover other data sources available across campus.
Web Development Resources

The University provides a number of web development tools and platforms. From simple Publish.Illinois sites to more complex Drupal sites, there are web development resources for every skill level, budget, and purpose. The resources below will help you find the solution that best fits your needs.
Usability focuses on a person’s ability to interact with and navigate a site. Accessibility is a type of usability and is a core value at Illinois. Persons with visual, aural, or physical impairments should be able to access the same information on your websites as non-impaired individuals.

The most frequently used web development tools are Publish.illinois (PIE) and cPanel. PIE provides a very basic suite of tools that can have your site up in minutes, while cPanel allows for more customization by allowing for greater flexibility in design and a variety of web creation software.

Using components provided by the Office of Strategic Marketing & Branding, web professionals have created the Illinois theme. The Illinois theme can be applied to the majority of websites built using University-supported web development applications with just a few clicks.
