Frequently asked questions
How do I set up my university email?
To log in to your university email, or to learn to configure iOS and Android devices, visit the Email – How to Log In page.
How do I sign up for multifactor authenication?
You can sign up for multifactor authentication by logging into the NetID Center and clicking the ‘Set up 2FA’ button.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the NetID center and follow the prompts to reset your password. It could take up to 15 minutes for the new password to sync after resetting.
What happens to by university accounts when I retire?
Retirees are able to retain some university services while others are discountined. Details are available in this Answers KnowledgeBase article.
