Why to use this service

Skype for Business/Lync provides a cost-effective communications medium that is computer-based and more easily integrated into other applications than traditional "copper" phone service. Skype for Business/Lync integrates closely with Exchange by leveraging a user's mailbox for voicemail, and permits scheduling of Skype Conferences in a user's calendar.  Users have a variety of real-time mechanisms to communicate, rather than just a phone call or email.

Features

Instant messaging (IM), phone, E911, long distance, audio and video conferencing and recording, desktop sharing, PowerPoint sharing, Response Groups for call handling, and private phone numbers. Skype for Business/Lync also interfaces with the consumer version of Skype. Additionally, we offer a third party Contact Center solution that integrates with the Skype for Business servers.
