Monthly patching the 3rd Wednesday of each month between 5:30 and 7:30 AM. Other maintenance may be done periodically, but always weekday mornings between 5:30 AM and 7:30 AM or weekend mornings between 5:30 AM and 10:00 AM. |

The Technology Services Help Desk can provide assistance using NetID Claim and fix many problems. Customers should contact the Admissions Office, Graduate College, or the Office of Continuing Education with questions about their acceptance status. |
