How to use this service |

Quotas and usage restrictions |
Quotas: Unlimited online storage for individual accounts and Team Folders. Usage Restrictions: 15GB maximum file size limit. |
Sensitive data considerations |
Box is approved by the university for storage of FERPA sensitive data. Read and understand Box Health Data Folders Policies and Guidelines before storing any protected health information (PHI) in U of I Box. HIPAA protected PHI data must be stored in approved Box Health Data Folders only. |

Standard service hours |
Managed 24/7 by the vendors. |
Scheduled maintenance hours |
Technical management for both services is handled by the vendors, and no regular maintenance window is stipulated. Maintenance for the box-signup is generally handled weekday mornings, between 5 and 8 am. |

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday |
