FAST3 offers a variety of workshops at no charge to faculty, staff, and students at Illinois. Training on popular applications include basic and intermediate topics on Microsoft Access, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Skype for Business, and Word. Adobe Creative Cloud training is offered for Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Photoshop. Additional software topics are in development.

New Hire IT Orientation
Monthly orientation sessions are offered for all new hires or long-time employees of the University. Topics include an introduction to campus computing, Microsoft Outlook basics, an introduction to Linkedin Learning, Skype for Business Basics, Computer Security tips, and Getting Started with U of I Box. PC and Mac labs are available for University units and non-profit, government, or educational entities in a convenient central campus location for a nominal cost.

Cancellations are processed by sending an email to the FAST3 training team with the subject "Cancellation". The message should contain attendee name, course name and course date.
