Due to Federal Communications Commission regulations, we are required to update to our E911 acknowledgement for Teams phone users.
Failure to accept the Terms of Use will block access to ALL Microsoft 365 applications (desktop, web, and mobile) until the Terms of Use is accepted.
Starting July 24, all eligible users must accept the E911 Acknowledgement in the Terms of Use section when they sign in to Microsoft 365. This may take place on non-phone applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, or Office 365 on the web, etc. Role-based accounts will not be required to accept the Terms of Use. All users will need to reacknowledge the E911 Terms of Use annually.
How do I accept the form?
- Log in to your Microsoft account (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and follow the prompts.
- Read the “Terms of Use”.
- Select “Accept” when finished.
