The Help Desk provides tech support to all Illinois students, faculty, staff and retirees. Some of the services we support include:

- Wi-Fi (IllinoisNet)
- Zoom


Locations
Digital Computer Lab (DCL), Room 1211
Spring hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: Noon – 5 p.m.
Winter break hours
- December 23 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Closed December 24 through January 1.
- Normal hours resume January 2.

Spring hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. – 9 p.m.

Frequently asked questions
To log in to your University email, or to learn to configure iOS and Android devices, visit the Email – How to Log In page.
You can sign up for multi-factor authentication by logging into the NetID Center and clicking the ‘Set up 2FA’ button.
Go to the NetID center and follow the prompts to reset your password.
To begin connecting to IllinoisNet WiFi, use your device’s web browser to navigate to the IllinoisNet Setup web page.
